Unadilla is famed for its annual Groundhog Day celebration. The rodent at the center of the fun is Unadilla Bill. The community is known as the Groundhog Capital of Nebraska. Parade starts at 2 p.m. on Feb 3, 2018, with events all day. A surprise is planned for this 30th anniversary.

Unadilla’s V-shaped Main Street is on the National Register of Historic Places. Locals and visitors frequent the Main Street bar and restaurant known simply as The Bar. (402) 828-2800.
