Nebraska Firefighters Museum & Education Center

The Nebraska Firefighters Museum & Education Center is another Kearney hot spot. Just west on First Street from The Archway, antique fire trucks and other emergency vehicles and equipment are displayed. Check out the 1973 Cadillac ambulance or experience the thrill of being a first responder by putting on a fire coat and helmet and cranking the siren. Memorials honoring the sacrifice of first responders include the Nebraska Firefighters Hall of Fame and the Nebraska Firefighters and EMS Memorial.
